3. Google Cloud Infrastructure
LuminoCloud is built entirely on Google Cloud Platform. Your workflow data is processed and stored using Google Cloud services including Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Vertex AI. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest using Google Cloud's encryption standards. Our infrastructure operates in compliance with Google Cloud's security certifications.
4. AI Data Processing
When you use AI-powered nodes in your workflows, your input data is processed through Google's Vertex AI and Gemini API services. We do not use your workflow data to train our AI models. AI processing follows Google Cloud's AI data governance policies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Google Cloud: As our infrastructure provider for service delivery
- Third-party integrations: Only when you explicitly connect external services in your workflows
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Workflow execution logs are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
