These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LuminoCloud platform, website (luminocloud.com), and all related services provided by LuminoCloud ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

LuminoCloud is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that enables users to create, execute, and manage automated workflows through a visual node editor. Our platform integrates with Google Cloud services including Vertex AI, Gemini API, Cloud Run, Firestore, and other Google Cloud infrastructure to provide intelligent automation capabilities.

2. Account Registration

To use LuminoCloud, you must create an account with a valid business email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Workflow Data & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the workflows you create and the data processed through them. LuminoCloud does not claim ownership of your workflow configurations, business data, or outputs generated by your automations. We may use anonymized, aggregate usage data to improve our platform.

5. AI Services

Our platform includes AI-powered features provided through Google's Vertex AI and Gemini API. AI outputs are provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use in production workflows. AI processing is subject to Google Cloud's AI usage policies.

6. Service Plans & Billing

LuminoCloud offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Google Cloud infrastructure issues, third-party integration failures, or force majeure events.

8. Data Processing

Workflow executions are processed on Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement encryption in transit and at rest. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Integrations

LuminoCloud connects with third-party services (CRMs, communication platforms, payment gateways, etc.) as part of workflow automations. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services you integrate.

10. Limitation of Liability

LuminoCloud is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your workflow data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of LuminoCloud after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
